When you consider the amount of quality ideas put forward to Genesis by Steve around 1975/6 yet rejected by the band, it’s little wonder his frustrations eventually led to his leaving them shortly after. What a creative force they could have continued to be had Steve remained.

This morning’s listening … Four highly innovate albums to start a solo career which is still flourishing half a century later. Steve had a major hand in what must surely rank as one of the greatest consecutive runs of prog albums ever recorded. Ten undisputed gems.

I’m in. Not only do Plaid Cymru separatists want to break up our nation, they are the reason we’re getting 36 more Senedd members. They could’ve spent £120million on more doctors, nurses and teachers. But a bigger Senedd is critical to their separatist goal. They must be stopped.

🚨NARROW PLAID POLL LEAD SHOWS WE HAVE MUCH MORE WORK TO DO🚨 The latest YouGov/ITV Wales Senedd election poll has just been released. And it shows things are neck and neck between Plaid and Reform. Rhun ap Iorwerth's anti-Wales party has a 1% lead, well within the margin of error. It's deeply concerning to see a party that backs making Wales a Nation of Sanctuary for asylum seekers anywhere close to the top of opinion polls, let alone leading one. The reason is quite simple. It's not because those saying they'll vote Plaid support the party's open borders policies. Neither do they agree with its support for the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan, which as we know is anti-white discrimination. And they certainly don't share Plaid's view that Wales needs 36 more Senedd members. No, the reason Plaid is doing so well is because the majority of voters still don't realise this is what the party stands for. Many people, wrongly, view them as a "safe" option to cast a protest vote against Labour. They aren't aware Plaid has a long history of serving in coalition with Labour in the Senedd. And that, when its policies are compared with Labour's, Plaid is, in fact, even worse. Since we started @SeneddWaste, many people have been enlightened. Attention has been drawn to the many outrageous projects Senedd members have funded. People have also started to see the real Plaid. Without the hard work of our followers spreading the message, we say with confidence Plaid would, in all probability, have a much larger lead right now. That it's neck and neck is an achievement. But, as we know, that is by no means enough. We need to keep spreading the word. When we clip a Plaid politician calling for more immigrants to be allowed into Wales, share it. When a Plaid Senedd member says we should put the "human rights" of foreign criminals before those of law abiding Welsh people, tell your friends and family. Together, we can push Plaid's poll numbers down further. And we must. The other parties also have a role to play. If Plaid's support collapses, Reform would have a big lead. It's in their interests to attack Plaid hard. We've provided plenty of material. There is far more to come. We also extend an offer to the parties. If you're in need of anti-Plaid material, we can provide it. It will be fully researched, sourced and verified. If there's specific research you'd like, please let us know. We'll do all we can to help. Message us for more details.

Conceding 68 points at home in the 6 nations 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🏉 Some paid £120 a ticket to watch that. We have hit rock bottom BIG time. We need a strong leader to make some big calls in the next few months. We don't have a strong leader. Shellshocked 😢

Good lord. This is Trump fighting with our Maine governor, Janet Mills, at the White House today over men in women's sport in Maine. This is going to be an ugly, nasty fight here.

It has been an honour to serve the people of Mid and West Wales in this Senedd. And I am happy to announce today that I will be putting my name forward and seeking re-election in 2026 in the new constituency of Sir Gâr. 1/

@aledscourfield Secondly, if they don't propose cuts, then the Independents and Tories will load an additional 3% on council tax next year on ALL households just to subsidise the 4,000 second home owners in the county 2/2

@aledscourfield I supported retaining the 200% premium for two reasons- one was the £2.6m of additional cuts now needed to balance the budget. Essential services will be hit further with NO credible strategy from the opposition about where this money should come from. 1/2

In a controversial vote at County Hall in Haverfordwest, the second homes premium has been reduced from 200% to 150% from April next year following an amendment from the Independent group. It means a further £2.6m increase in savings will have to be found on top of a £30m gap
