this album was a massive deal to me and quite literally got me through high school. dare i say it even changed my outlook on the world. can't believe it's been ten years, i remember exactly where i was and how i felt listening to it for the first time 🌈

very interesting, it's got about 60 snippets from interviews, then a track by track commentary, then tracks where the band introduces each song. think it's meant for radio djs to play, but the booklet also has 'suggested questions' so you can... pretend to interview them?

@alycoldplaykid a light therapy lamp - my local library has them but you can also get on amazon - sit in front of it for 20-30 mins every day and it's supposed to give you the sunlight levels you're missing

my heads been in a weird bad place lately, but i don't know what the issue is, and i want to get over it. because it sucks and it's stressing me out so it's like a terrible cycle. and it's really impacting me at work as well.
