@EFCroundup @RevolutApp The same here. This company combines the worst of traditional banks with the worst of fintech. My money frozen for over a week. I would never use this ‘thing’ as a bank. FCA. -please shut it down.

@richardwild71 @RevolutApp I’m experiencing the same thing. Chat is NEVER online - I even signed up to premium for better support but nothing so far. Completely restricted account - no means at all to follow up despite days and days now of waiting with all supporting evidence provided. It’s mental!

@RevolutApp Can’t believe you have restricted my account yet again following a deposit. Unable to withdraw funds for a week now. Loads of documents provided. No response in chat despite endless tries. No phone number to call. Worse than a high street bank.

@RevolutApp @EFCroundup Here is what the Twitter DM said “You will see [msg in app] once our team messages you there”. In public Revolut tries to make it look like they are dealing with. In truth they are no. Deception. Not a good characteristic for a “bank”

@RevolutApp We will keep this public until it’s sorted. Seems to be the only thing Revolut responds to. You always want to take things off line and then there is radio silence. Poor service mindset.
