📍Peraje, Karnataka: A car veered off the road and fell into a roadside drain near Peraje on the Mani–Mysuru highway after the driver allegedly lost control while trying to give way to a tempo traveller approaching from behind. According to eyewitnesses, the car was being driven recklessly and swerving across the road before the incident. A biker following the vehicle reportedly captured the dangerous driving on camera. The car first struck the roadside drain and then its front portion reportedly collided with the rear side of the tempo traveller. All occupants escaped unhurt. The car sustained front-end damage, while the tempo traveller also suffered minor damage. Further investigation is underway.
