A disturbing case from 2019 involving this man named Asiwaju has resurfaced online, drawing public attention again. Asiwaju, who was considered one of the notable faces on Twitter at the time, said he met a girl at the club and spent over 500k on drinks. They both got high and later had sex in his car. A lady identified as Blessing Osom, whom he had an encounter with, came out with rape allegations and it escalated fast. The girl allegedly started blackmailing and extorting Asiwaju, severely affecting his reputation and mental well being. Amid the growing controversy, his mother suffered a heart attack after learning about the allegations, an event he believed contributed to her death. Overwhelmed by the combination of public backlash, personal loss and emotional distress, Asiwaju tragically took his own life later that same year.
