Gui Santos is a +12 in 7 minutes of play. He flipped the game in the short minutes he got in this game. If it's somehow still not the most obvious thing in the world, he needs to be in rotation and playing at least 20mpg for this team. A guard has to sit for this to happen

Right now, Melton should not be in rotation over Santos. It's gotta be a pick between Melton and Richard, depending on who's more impactful on any given game. They shouldn't be on the floor at the same time, one of them should be replaced by Santos for floor balance
