@WhiteHouse This is still not 100% true stop saying this. It’s a credit that doesn’t cover all taxes and it’s temporary

A state law in Colorado made it illegal to counsel people regarding gender dysphoria unless you are going to take a progressive approach, like affirming a sex change.
The Supreme Court, 8-1, ruled that the law was unconstitutional.
@ishapiro and @Rafa_Mangual discuss the Supreme Court’s most consequential recent decisions on the latest @CityJournal podcast:

@WhiteHouse This is not true. I just finished my taxes paying federal taxes again. While the CREDIT helps some it’s not the same. Stop taxing SS or RRB benefits period. I still get taxes deducted every RRB check I get each month. Just stop it period stop the games and do something fully

@WhiteHouse As a 67-year-old retiree and conservative my entire life and a MAGA supporter please then help me understand why I’m paying $1.25 more per gallon for gas here in South Carolina GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND POLITICIANS ARE EXHAUSTING

@megynkelly @joekent16jan19 Do you honestly think he is going to tell you the truth or what he needs to only to justify his decision. This is a waste of time or yet another agenda driven interview
English

We interview fmr NCTC chief Joe Kent @joekent16jan19 today at noon on Sirius XM Ch. 111 (released later on pod/YT). Was there an imminent threat? Why did he quit so publicly? Did he leak classified/other docs? Have JD Vance & Tulsi changed their foreign policy stance? And more!

@WhiteHouse @SecRubio And everyday as an average American my economy isn’t getting better YET again. There is never any sustained prosperity anymore. Things start to improve and feel good than global leaders/elites decide now is a good time to do stupid things and we give it all back. Its Exhausting

"Every single day, this regime in Iran has less missiles, has less launchers, their factories work less, and their navy is being eviscerated, and the world is going to be a safer and a better place when this mission is accomplished." - @SecRubio

@Jed_Rubenfeld I respect you and everything about you and that is why I follow you. But you and the past / current DOJ/SC and any others have this wrong. This is an act. I’m all in on free speech and political opinions this is not it’s a hateful act. The wrong precedent was set
English

There are few better ways of expressing how much you hate America than by burning a flag. But hatred of America is a political opinion, and in America, political opinions are protected, no matter how heinous.
The Free Press@TheFP
Trump’s executive order doesn’t criminalize flag-burning. Instead, it tells the DOJ to “prioritize” prosecuting people who desecrate the flag while committing other crimes. It’s a different approach, but still unconstitutional, writes @Jed_Rubenfeld. thefp.com/p/jed-rubenfel…

@tracegallagher @foxnewsnight Jail time period. To hear most of your panelist defend this as free speech is disgusting.

The “One Big Beautiful Bill” is a betrayal of the America we cherish—an America where opportunity isn’t a privilege for the few but a right for the many. Its tax cuts for the top 1% and corporations come at a cruel cost: slashing education, which shapes our future; healthcare, which sustains our lives; and Social Security, which honors our elders. Public broadcasting and USAID, voices of our culture and compassion, face the axe as well. This isn’t progress—it’s a step backward, a surrender to greed over justice.
We have the power to demand better, to build a nation where equity isn’t a buzzword but a bedrock. Call your Senator at 202-224-3121 and urge them to kill this bill. Let’s protect the programs that lift us up, not the tax breaks that hold us down. Together, we can write a future where every child learns, every family heals, and every voice is heard—an America worthy of its name.

The campaign promise of NO TAX on Social Security is one of my favorites.
I truly believe Seniors have suffered the most under Biden and Democrats inflation during the past 4 years.
The frustration about the One Big Beautiful Bill not giving NO TAX on SS is understandable and I agree because it’s confusing.
The OBBB was passed under Senate Reconciliation rules that do not allow Congress to touch Social Security so that’s why President Trump’s team and Congress worked together to give a deductions to seniors instead.
I still think Seniors deserve more help though.
Seniors have paid their fair share and Congress should have never robbed SS by adding it to the general fund.

@RapidResponse47 Well “many” isn’t all. The campaign promise was “NO TAX” on social security. I believed that to be for everyone.

@RapidResponse47 @FBIDDBongino Another bombshell report that leads to nothing I suppose
English

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino @FBIDDBongino says the FBI is re-examining Biden-era investigations, such as the January 6 pipe bombs:
"The moment Kash and I swore in, we realized that the first thing we had to do is rebuild public trust... One of the ways to do it is these cases of significant public interest that matter."
English

@WhiteHouse @CEA47 You said “no taxes on SS” for our great seniors. A credit is helpful but a no tax on SS law is best and was part of what I voted for.
