The parcel was shipped on 17 Feb and was supposed to be delivered by 21 Feb.
Today is 5 March and it still hasn’t been delivered.

PO told me to go to main office, main office said go back to booking office back again they said “not showing in system.
Called customer care, they said wait 24 hrs.
