The jury in the Elon Musk vs OpenAI trial has found Sam Altman, co-founder Greg Brockman and OpenAI not liable on all claims because they said Elon Musk waited too long to bring his lawsuit. The jury said that Elon's claims were filed outside of the statute of limitations, deciding that he had three years to sue and he did not file on time. After the advisory jury found Altman and OpenAI not liable, the court, led by U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, agreed with the determination. Delta Airlines has responded to Elon Musk's post below with a statement: “The assertion in question is not accurate. Incorporating Delta Sync with Starlink would have been permitted under SpaceX's in-flight Wi-Fi agreement." Delta on why it chose Amazon's LEO: "This agreement gives us the fastest and most cost-effective technology available to better connect the world today, and it deepens our work with a global leader that shares our ambition to build what’s next." The airline is targeting 2028 to start offering Leo in-flight Wi-Fi on about half of its fleet. The rest of the jets will continue to use Viasat and Hughesnet.
