So let me get this straight — someone can call me “Polish fucking whore” and face no real consequences, but I get a one-year ban for saying “free Palestine” to a user from Israel? To be clear about the timeline: the abuse started first. In round 4, I was already being called a “Polish whore” and they were not giving any useful in-game information. Only later, in round 9, after that behavior continued and they refused to cooperate (including not planting the bomb), I said “free Palestine.” I understand what you’re saying about the probation period, but that still doesn’t explain the obvious double standard in how rules are enforced. Right now it genuinely looks like whether you get punished or not depends on who you are and where you’re from, not on what was actually said. And that’s something people can clearly see. And he is still not banned. On top of that, you’re still ignoring my request for a refund for the subscription I paid for. If this isn’t properly reviewed, I will be taking this further legally. I expect a clear explanation of why explicit harassment towards me was tolerated while I received a severe ban.

Hey @FACEIT @FACEITSupport @FACEIT_Darwin @FACEITcs , I’m honestly at a point where I don’t even know if anyone is actually reading support tickets on your platform. I received a 12-month ban on March 16, 2026, and I’m still waiting for a clear explanation why. My previous ban was on November 12, 2025, lasted 1 month, and after that I had a visible 1-month probation period on my profile. That probation ended months before this ban. So how am I suddenly treated as if I’m still on probation almost 5 months later? According to your own rules, this should have been a 7-day ban, not a full year. Those 7 days have already passed. What’s worse is that EVERY ticket I submit about this gets instantly marked as “solved” without answering the actual question. Just copy-paste responses saying the ban won’t be removed. No explanation, no transparency, nothing. Now let’s talk about fairness. In that same match, a player was constantly insulting me and my teammates with nationality-based abuse like “Polish wh*re”, trolling the game, ignoring calls, and griefing from early rounds. I submitted multiple clips as evidence. In another case, I reported a player who spent the entire match calling me “Polish toilet cleaner” and trolling. What happened? No ban. No punishment. Just a “probation” tag. So let me get this straight: I say one wrong phrase, take responsibility for it → 12-month ban Someone repeatedly abuses nationality, trolls the game → no ban How is that consistent? I also paid for a yearly Premium subscription that I now cannot use, and my refund request was denied without any real consideration. At this point I’m asking for: a real explanation of why this is a 12-month ban clarification of how your probation system actually works review of the players I reported removal of this ban, as it does not match your own rules Right now it genuinely feels like support is not functioning properly and tickets are being closed without being read. I’d appreciate someone actually looking into this.

Hey @FACEITDarwin, @FACEITcs @FACEIT @FACEITSupport I paid around €100 for a yearly Premium subscription and honestly expected at least some level of real support and fair treatment. Right now it just feels like support doesn’t actually help at all, tickets get closed without proper answers, and there’s zero transparency in decisions like bans. From my perspective it looks like the only thing that really matters is the money, not the community or the players. I just want this situation to be looked at seriously and handled fairly.
