Lots of people in touch this morning about sewage across SE Cornwall. One of the sites is Kingsand, where I joined charity swimmers just two days ago. This is unacceptable and I will be writing to South West Water to request a meeting to discuss these incidents further.

Here is the full video of my protest today disrupting the UN High Level Plenary Session of #COP28UAE. They detained me for over 30 minutes after this protest. My only crime- Asking to Phase Out Fossil Fuels, the top cause of climate crisis today. Now they kicked me out of COP28.

@GWRHelp Very disappointed to get on the Penzance service from Bristol and discover there’s no absolutely catering service of any kind on these trains, unless they run to or from London! So, anyone going from Wales to Cornwall can’t even get a cup of tea for all those hours. 😬

Middlesbrough yesterday. Another big skip of what looks like unused hospital equipment rumoured 2 b what wasn’t used in Nightingale Hospital- if true-a shocking waste of useable equipment & money! Why not use it? Doesn’t seem faulty? Who has pocketed the money from contract?

It dawned on me this morning, as I scrolled, that not everyone's time line may be as specific as mine is. Climate aware people will not be surprised at this🧵but those who have been ignoring it, denying it, or thinking it won't happen here, or soon. It is. 1/

This is absolutely bananas. There is NOTHING like this on the instrumental record. Its likely impact is probably immeasurable. But is it leading our news bulletins & on newspaper front pages? Nope.
