The varsity and JV #MPCBaseball teams wrapped up their season by serving the community and volunteering at the Horizon League’s final game of the year.
Horizon Field at the Acworth Sports Complex is home to a league that gives children and young adults with developmental and physical disabilities the chance to play baseball while building lasting friendships.
Each MPC player was paired with a “buddy,” supporting them on the field and creating meaningful connections before celebrating with the end-of-season trophy presentation.

Seattle, USA: A 77-year-old American man steps off a bus in the city center and is brutally beaten — without any reason by Somali migrant Abdullahi Olman.
The entire savage attack was captured on the city’s real-time crime cameras. But Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson’s response?
She openly said she wants to turn off all the surveillance cameras because they might “endanger refugees and migrants.”
Her priorities are crystal clear: Protecting migrants > Protecting elderly American citizens. This is what progressive leadership looks like in 2026.
When will Americans finally wake up?
Starbucks was started in 1971 in downtown Seattle. Howard Schultz bought it in 1987 and took it public in 1992 with 140 stores, then grew it to 677 locations by 1995. Today it has 38,000 stores across more than 80 countries.
Katie Wilson was just elected Seattle Mayor on November 13, 2025 when she called for a boycott of Starbucks.
Starbucks officially announced their new headquarters with 2,000 employees in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 21, 2026.
Another example of how democrat socialist policies actually work out.
