I know that many people seem to be dancing on my "grave" but be patient, and take a breather, because so much more is coming. Politics was a passion, it wasn't a job to me. Serving people was always at the forefront of all of this. Those commenting about the loss of salary clearly don't know me. For years before I became a councillor, I was an activist who spent money for a greater cause. If a salary is your only motivation in the fight for a better South Africa, then politics is not your passion. I will be back on YouTube, TikTok and the rest in the next couple of weeks, I think I deserve a short break after the madness of the last three months. I'm looking forward to this next chapter and can't wait to share it with all of you.
