@Nextiva I have been trying for over 13 days to cancel our three company accounts after final porting of our numbers was completed in Nov 2022. For some reason there seems to be no way to cancel your account with Nextiva. Has anyone run into this with them and how do i get anyaction?

@DHSgov @TSA That’s great but I just drove an hour to an office in Elizabeth to only be told that the system is down and I have to reschedule. Who is reimbursing me for the tolls and gas i just paid to get here? could have called to advise that the system was down. unacceptable. #precheck

@TMobileHelp Nah, I’m good. If I do an upgrade online without any assistance, we shouldn’t be charged $35. Even Verizon waives that fee for long time customers. This is a money grab. Nothing more.

@epaskk @SpiritAirlines The fact they deplaned is means an 8am departure is unrealistic. They don’t have to deplane unless they reach 3 hours. I get delays happen but the ones that are self inflicted are the ones that I have a problem with.
