This outcome of the court proceedings and the historic judgment delivered by the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court would remain incomplete if we do not acknowledge the immense groundwork, dedication, and tireless efforts put in by several individuals even before the commencement of the legal proceedings.
Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji (@ssvirendra) from Hindu Vidhigya Parishad, along with Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (@HinduJagrutiOrg), worked tirelessly with Shri Naval Kishore Ji, former Sangh Pracharak and a leading force behind the Bhojshala Mukti Andolan. Their collective efforts played a crucial role in keeping this issue alive at the national level and in building the foundation for the legal battle.
Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji made extraordinary efforts by continuously sitting for eight days in the ASI Office at Bhopal and gathering all the relevant documents through RTI applications and detailed research. Those documents played a very significant role in bringing the true facts before the Court.
The efforts of @SudarshanNewsTV and Shri Suresh Chavhanke Ji (@SureshChavhanke) are also highly commendable. They had been consistently raising their voice on the Bhojshala issue long before it became a mainstream subject of discussion. Their persistent efforts helped in creating nationwide awareness regarding the issue.
The legal proceedings were then taken to their logical conclusion by Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain Ji (@Vishnu_Jain1) and Shri Hari Shankar Jain Ji (@adv_hsjain), whose relentless legal efforts and effective representation played a vital role in securing this historic result before the Hon’ble Court.
This result is truly the outcome of collective efforts, unwavering dedication, and years of continuous struggle by numerous individuals and organizations.
Above all, it is only with the divine grace and blessings of Shri Vag Mata Ji that such a historic result could finally be achieved.

The Ld. Magistrate has called for a report from the DCP regarding the action taken against the IO who allegedly filed false status reports before the Court on three occasions, stating that the defamatory tweets posted by Rana Ayyub were not available on X.
The fact of the matter is that all the tweets were available on the platform and were withheld only thereafter pursuant to the directions passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

The Hon’ble Supreme Court, vide Order dated 28.04.2023, directed that whenever incidents of hate speech come to light, the police authorities across all States in India must take suo motu action, failing which it would amount to contempt of court.
In 2024, the Hon’ble Supreme Court had strongly reprimanded Udhayanidhi Stalin for misusing his freedom of speech. Despite the matter being pending before the Court, he again delivered the same hate speech in the Assembly, apparently under the belief that legislative privilege would protect him.
However, we have filed an application before the Hon’ble Supreme Court bringing this conduct to its notice.
The next date of hearing is 19.05.2026.

Tomorrow, i.e., 08.05.2026, the Ld. Magistrate at Karkardooma Courts is scheduled to pass orders in the matter of the brutal rape and murder of a minor Hindu girl, the 16-year-old daughter of a Hindu father.
In compliance with the Hon’ble High Court’s Order, arguments were heard on 19.03.2026 before the Ld. MM, who has reserved the Orders for tomorrow (08.05.2026).
As per the father, the minor was allegedly sexually assaulted and then hanged to death on 30.07.2025. The family has been fighting for justice after the police allegedly failed to register an FIR despite clear cognizable offences being disclosed.
Strong arguments were advanced relying on binding Supreme Court judgments mandating FIR registration in such cases. Serious discrepancies in the Post Mortem Report and the Action Taken Report were also highlighted.
We are fully prepared to approach the Hon’ble High Court again without any further delay if the prayer for registration of FIR against the culprits (including the muslim stepfather) and directions for proper investigation are not granted.
We stand firmly with Abhishek Gupta Ji in his relentless fight for justice for his innocent daughter. Truth must prevail.

Update on the Pursuit of Justice for Abhishek Gupta Ji’s Minor Daughter Today, arguments were heard in the Court of the Ld. MM at Karkardooma Courts in the matter concerning the tragic death of Abhishek Ji's 16-year-old daughter, who was, as per Abhishek Ji, sexually assaulted and hanged on 30.07.2025. We placed strong reliance on settled Supreme Court judgments, which clearly hold that upon receipt of information disclosing a cognizable offence, registration of an FIR is mandatory, and the police have no discretion to refuse or declare the complaint false without proper investigation. We also highlighted the glaring discrepancies in the Post Mortem Report and the Action Taken Report submitted by the IO, which raise serious questions about the handling of the case and the initial dismissal of the father's complaint. The Ld. MM appeared convinced that the IO has not discharged his duties properly in this grave matter involving allegations of sexual assault on a minor and her subsequent death. We have done our utmost to present the facts and law before the Court. The Ld. MM has now reserved orders for 08.05.2026. Our deepest thanks to Sr. Adv. Makarand D. Adkar Ji (@AdkarMakarand) for his invaluable guidance & unwavering support in this matter. The result is now in the divine hands of Bhagwan Shri Krishna. If certain individuals continue to insult Hindu Deities and Sanatan Dharma daily with derogatory, vulgar, and hateful posts, I will be constrained to file police complaints daily against them.
It is made clear that I will not restrict myself to merely filing the complaint, I will pursue every matter diligently till its logical end.
Hindu religious sentiments cannot be mocked repeatedly without consequences.
The law will take its course.

Well done, Advocate Amita Sachdeva Ji, for raising your voice on religious sentiments.
However, free speech under Article 19(1)(a) protects satirical expressions like Prakash Raj’s Ramayana allegory on North-South tensions. BNS Section 299 requires deliberate and malicious intent — not political commentary.
The Supreme Court has held that satire makes life meaningful and free speech cannot be judged by the standards of the insecure.
Literature festivals should remain spaces for ideas, not police cases.
India’s Constitution demands a balance between sentiments and expression.
Let the law and courts decide with constitutional wisdom.

Analysing your complaint copy, i suggest it be filed in a Magistrate's court. Not a PS.
Also, I think this fellow is the Odd Man in the team. Everytime he makes a filthy statement, the Hindus are served a Wake up call. We need such odd men. It's not philosophical. It's a necessity.
ex. Being a staunch Hindu, I often laugh at his silly, limited thinking abilities.
But, Romila Thapar school is different - Sinister & Dangerous like the Nehru Clan.

I have today filed a Criminal Complaint against actor Prakash Raj (@prakashraaj) before the South District Cyber Cell, Delhi Police, under Sections 299, 302, 196, 352 & 353 BNS read with IT Act for deliberately mocking Bhagwan Shri Rama and the sacred Ramayana at Kerala Literature Festival.
I will pursue this complaint vigorously, just like the others.
Insults to our Bhagwans and Sanatan Dharma will no longer be tolerated.
These people must understand - there are limits.
