People keep asking for this and I've been sitting on it for a while. Here's my 50 founder ad swipe file - you can copy and rinse and repeat. Lot's of these are running at scale - lot's are just cool concepts and variations to give you ideas to test. Pulled it all together into one swipe file. P.S this is a working file so I will keep adding too it! Everytime I see a new banger I will add. Comment "SWIPE" and I'll send it over.

I interviewed all of the best creative strategists in the world. @binghott. @iamshackelford. @DenneyDara. @sourfraser. @MatthewGattozzi. @pkennedy93 @thedennis. @harrydelmege_. @heyitsalexP. (thank you so much guys, you're all the best) If you read this document you will be able to become, train, & hire the best advertiser/creative strategist in the world. I promise you that. Hiring and training creative strategists is one of the most expensive mistakes you can make if you get it wrong. So I asked the best in the world: what separates the ones who actually produce winners from everyone else. I wrote it all up in one doc. I put a lot of time into this and there literally 0 AI, just 14 pages of straight sauce. reply "STRAT" and I'll send it over.

One of our Google stores did $500k last month at ~21% margins. Here’s exactly how we structured it: 1. Niche store (moderately saturated) 2. Extensive research & AI optimization 3. Lean team (no bloat) Most people overcomplicate this. We win because we use AI. Like + RT + comment “guide” — I’ll DM full breakdown.

I spent $100m and 6 years learning how to make meta ads And I collected all my learnings and put it into one giant guide. With this framework I was able to scale: -Ripley Rader to 8 figures in 12 months -Perfectwhitetee spent 500k just last month on our ads (see photo) -A luxury shower brand scaled to 10xd in one month to 8 figures. you follow what’s inside correctly. you get results. simple. inside the guide: → 10 rules every $1M+ ad follows → 3-second formula that stops scrolls → 8 psychological triggers that drive purchases → ad templates you can copy today → breakdowns of winning ads with £100M in learnings reply “$1M AD” and i’ll send it (follow first so i can dm you)

most media buyers look at their ad account for 10 minutes and call it "analysis." I built a claude skill that does what used to take a data analyst half a day... in 5 minutes. and it's too simple for anyone to screw it up. reply "skill" and follow me if you want it. you upload one CSV export. It builds: - a doc report with prioritized recommendations - an interactive HTML dashboard with week-over-week trends - campaign, ad-level, and placement breakdowns - a US regional heat map by state first time I ran it on my own account it caught things I'd been ignoring: - $1,400 CPA on retargeting (1 appointment in 8 weeks) - desktop landing page broken (37% load rate) - one ad doing 58% of the work i've been running this weekly for clients. now I'm giving the skill away.

Hooks are the 80/20 of ANY ad. But a TON of brands get it completely wrong. After generating $100M+ on Meta ads, I built a system for creating and testing hooks that actually stop the scroll. And now, for the next 48 hours I’m giving it away: ✔ Our 25+ page guide I give away internally to my team ✔ 50+ stealth-style hook examples used in 7–8 fig ad accounts ✔ A swipe file of 500+ viral hooks & headlines that stop the scroll Want it? Like + Comment: “HOOK” and I’ll sent it over. (Must be following)

I put together a Native Ad Image Prompt Pack. 20 AI image prompts across 5 niches: Joint pain / mobility Skincare / anti-aging Sleep / supplements Weight loss Tech / gadgets Each prompt comes with a note on why the style works on native (medical illustrations, uncomfortable close-ups, messy real-life scenes). Copy, paste into NB2 or Stable Diffusion, and you have scroll-stopping creatives in minutes. Like + reply "PROMPT" and I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM).

Here is a much longer form story arc 'Raindrop' style video we made for Instant Hydration. This is also made 100% with AI and is not 'polished'. We're reaching a point now where we can pretty safely produce cinematic quality story arc videos, similar to the OG DR Squatch videos made by Raindrop. Not sure how these will convert as most of what we run is heavy DR but I'm pretty confident for a brand in the 9 figure range running heavy MMM these would probably drive significant net new reach for a fraction of the cost of mass production.

We built an AI UGC ad and we're giving away the prompt that made it possible. Most people waste time trying to engineer the perfect video generation prompt from scratch. Getting the cinematography right, the character description, the dialogue format, the camera motion. Sora 2 is incredibly specific about what it needs to produce consistent, hyper-realistic output. Get the prompt wrong and the footage looks off. This template removes that entirely. The Claude prompt takes that basic information and structures it into the exact format Sora 2 needs: character description, cinematography, camera motion, lighting, dialogue, audio, authenticity keywords. Everything. It sits at step one of our AI UGC workflow. And it matters because everything downstream depends on it. Get this right and your Sora 2 output is hyper-realistic UGC style footage with good camera shake and audio that sounds like it was actually shot on an iPhone. From there you take that output into ElevenLabs to clone the voice. Then into ChatGPT to create a JSON prompt for subject consistency. Then Nano Banana to place your subject into new scenes. Then Kling to bring those scenes to life as B-roll. The whole workflow starts here. We gave this away on this week's D2C Diaries episode. Dropping it here too. Retweet this post and comment PROMPT below and we'll send it across.

Spent £3K on Meta ads last month. Made $19K back. Every ad was created by Claude code in 30 minutes. I didn't review a single one before launching. Old way: you hire an agency. They do market research, interview you, come up with angles, design creatives. Takes weeks. Costs thousands per month and many hours of your time. New way: you give Claude Code a landing page URL. That's it. Here's what my new skill does: 👉 It extracts your brand identity 👉 It Interviews you 👉 It does customer roleplay where it literally thinks AS your buyer. 👉 Then it reads Reddit for real frustrations. 👉 It Pulls competitor ads. Then Builds a full strategy like an expensive ads consultant would. It comes back with 4 angles, 4 ad sets, 4 creatives each. Apple Notes style, fake iMessage threads, meme ads, comparison tables... all the Smash hit formats of meta ads. Ran it on my friend Tim Soulo Ahrefs product page. It picked up the brand colors, pulled the logo, and went after competitor scoring systems as an attack angle. Zero guidance from me. The creatives aren't all perfect. But the strategy and angles are genuinely good. What's really cool is this system thinks like a media buyer. It does the same research. Reads the same forums. Analyzes the same competitor ads. But it does it in 30 minutes instead of a week. I've been running Meta ads for 10 years. First time I've seen a tool that actually understands the customer instead of just generating generic copy. 👇 Video below for the full breakdown Comment Meta Ads to make a puppy happy 🐾

UGC sucks in 2026. But 90% of brands don’t get it yet… After generating $100M+ on Meta ads, I broke down the 8 ways stealth creatives are killing it for our clients. (And how you can do the same) ✔ Best practices we give away internally to our team ✔ Descriptions on what they are and why they work right now. ✔ The main ways you scriptwrite, ideate, and produce winning ads. Want it? Like + Comment: “Stealth” and I’ll send it over. (Must be following)
