Today I returned to @GymPumphouse after being away for a week due to injuries sustained during my most recent seizure. Thankfully it felt like I was home again. There's nothing like having a great workout with great support. It's one of the best feelings ever.

@DoctorChristian @DrSarahJarvis With how hard it is to get an appointment and then finding out how many were missed that month, this is welcomed by me. If you can't do your appointment cancel it so someone who really needs it can go.

And as usual @DrSarahJarvis is quite correct. I agree with charging for missed appointments. It won’t be popular, but what’s right isn’t always popular and what’s popular isn’t always right...
