@Vikash67456607 @zomato @zomatocare Well one way VIKASH you did the right thing in exposing this most common behaviour of stating Hindi (or be it any language) as national language! Because no where it was made official like that, but still being shared and imposed in many platform.

Ordered food in zomato and an item was missed. Customer care says amount can't be refunded as I didn't know Hindi. Also takes lesson that being an Indian I should know Hindi. Tagged me a liar as he didn't know Tamil. @zomato not the way you talk to a customer. @zomatocare

@UIDAI Appreciate for making the process simple online. But now the time taken to complete/close it from your end seems really long (90 days)!!! Earlier I remember updates used to happen within a week. Why is it long now and What's the plan to reduce this terrible long waiting period?
