This year, for the first time ever, we hosted a table at the annual Stanford Medicine Health Matters event- a free health event hosted by Stanford Medicine, to foster advancements in health, medicine, and wellness within the community. Clinical Assistant Professor, @TCUrology, and three of our outstanding Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), @satvir_basran, Sophia Prendiville, and Rachelle Balili represented us at the event. They spent their day engaging with the local community, discussing key topics such as prostate cancer screening and the department’s ongoing clinical trials. Testosterone levels are declining (by generation). The reasons are clear: more obesity, less walking & other physical activity, heat (& maybe RFs) from cell phones & fatter legs. The remedies thus are clear too. Male hormone, sexual health expert Dr Eisenberg of @StanfordMed
