Alright, since I'm looking at resurrecting this (similar format - topic vaguely set, few people invited to chat about it over a coffee, probably even less structured) what's the best platform to get together on and make it available to others?

Got a question. Not a trick question, there are no right answers, etc. I just really want to know people's thoughts on it because I'm trying to work out things. What can a secure organisation (I.e. with an appropriate level of security) do that an insecure one cannot?

@TrialByTruth @chris_bore Integrity of information is a vital and often overlooked part of security. Unless you're verifying that information is accurate and has maintained integrity, it can't be trusted. Ignoring the importance of information integrity and related controls suits certain agendas.
