@therealscottyj It’s asinine. I think it’s because Tallahassee hotels make 75% of their yearly profits on the 7 home football weekends. Just absolutely sucks. I’d love to attend a game but getting married next year and trying to buy a house. Not currently worth it.

Reason number 1, 2 and 3 why I haven’t been to Tallahassee since 2018. It’s a $3000 trip for 2 people between good tickets, good hotel, activities and travel/food. I’d rather spend that on a trip snowboarding.

Mike Norvell has been the victim of some bad luck (getting hired during a pandemic, Travis Hunter), but his mishandling of so many other things speaks to ineptitude and, to some degree complacency. I’ll happily be wrong, but I don’t think we ever reach the FSU standard with him.
