What do you know about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy? In sessions people with OCD confront their fears and are not allowed to perform their OCD rituals. This takes a lot of courage! CBT has helped lots of people get better, but it doesn’t work for everyone👇 #OCDAwarenessWeek
