A Kanpur kid was a die-hard fan of a rising superstar in the ’90s. He wrote letter after letter to the actor… not a single reply ever came.
The kid was heartbroken. Then one day he decided: “Badla lunga.”
Problem was that the actor was untouchable. Peak superstardom. No outsider could even get close.
So the boy chose a long-game revenge arc. He became famous as a journalist, built visibility for years, entered Bollywood circles, and finally after a decade of grinding landed a film produced by the superstar’s wife.
And then… he delivered such a performance that entire generations would forever troll the actor’s family for making that movie.

🇩🇪 The AfD just hit 29% in Germany's latest INSA poll, an all-time high.
One party now equals the SPD, FDP, and Greens combined.
Germany's political establishment didn't lose ground gradually. It collapsed it all at once.
This is the same wave reshaping France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Austria.
The difference is Germany's establishment has spent years calling it a crisis of extremism.
Voters are calling it a crisis of governance.

🇩🇪 The AfD just hit 42% in Saxony-Anhalt. A new record That's 2 points from a majority in the state parliament. September's election time. If they clear 44%, Saxony-Anhalt becomes the first German state governed by the AfD, a party under domestic surveillance and classified as a proven extremist organization by Germany's own security services. All of this to just to bar them from participating in actual democratic elections, of course. The firewall held for decades. It's 2 points away from breaking. @Alice_Weidel

Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.
