always been a dream of mine to coach in the NCAA. In my time here we have done some really amazing things: record attendance, three PAC 12 titles & so many more lives impacted. My hope is that this program is in a better place b/c of my time here.

Gave his all to OSU for 12 years and accomplished things the school has never done. To not even get a simple thank you is a joke.. and he still has the grace to thank them. A true class act. 👏🏼

After Oregon State beat USF in the WCC quarters tonight, Wayne Tinkle turned to multiple areas of the arena and celebrated. Here's the reason why: "The outpouring of support from the last ten days have been unbelievable... It was just a thank you to them for all the great things that they said and to let them know we're not done... There were a lot of emotions when I was by myself, but we had to make sure we made it about the team this week. It's all we've ever done... So why would I make it about me the individual all the sudden? That would be so hypocritical. We've got enough of that in our society."
