On 19 December, Day 1 of the CREDAI Conclave 2025, the Hon’ble Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Government of India, Shri Amit Shah, graced the conclave with his presence and addressed members of the real estate industry on multiple key themes shaping India’s development. During his address, he congratulated CREDAI for planting 20 lakh saplings and restoring nearly 9,000 acres of barren land across 25 villages, contributing to the revival of the Sahyadri region, from where several sacred rivers originate. His views reflected a shared emphasis on responsible development, an approach that remains aligned with CREDAI’s vision.
