@Olacabs @bhash ... I have shared my grievance multiple times across diversified platform. But @ola_supports either don't get it or they simply choose to ignore my case. I took a ride on 17th Dec 2018 in bokaro steel city.total travel distance was 4.5 km for 11 mins
