51 days of worst service by @ShiprocketIndia @SRSocial_ @ShiprocketCare That is how long @Shiprocket B2B Cargo took to deliver a sealed box from Ahmedabad to Ahmedabad. Same state. Same city. 12 km. Promised TAT on their own platform: 2 days. When the box finally came back to me today as a forced RTO, here is what landed at my doorstep: The box was fully damaged. Broken open. Seal tampered with. One unit of inventory missing from a sealed B2B consignment. I paid Shiprocket money. To lose my own stock. That is the operational model in 2026. The timeline: Pickup was 31 March 2026. Forward delivery to a Blinkit warehouse in the same city. We run this lane regularly. Same provider, same SOP, same platform. Nothing unusual. I paid ₹1,249 in forward appointment fees. Every appointment window then passed without a single delivery attempt being made. When I checked their panel to verify, no appointment had actually been taken from their side. Each follow-up was met with the same copy-paste response: "we have escalated internally" or "please book a new appointment." I told their team, in writing, that Blinkit appointments via Delhivery cannot be rescheduled once missed. I told them this repeatedly. They ignored it every time. Their customer support, in case you are curious: Dashboard ticketing system: tickets go in, nothing comes out. Support phone number: has never connected in my life. Sundays: their team does not work, but the platform happily takes B2B bookings on Sundays. Their only responsive channel is one email ID, which replies with the eternal "we have escalated this internally." After a full month of this, the Blinkit PO expired. I had no option left except to mark the shipment RTO. That cost me another ₹512 in fees. The RTO then sat in their custody chain for three weeks with zero communication, zero status updates, zero accountability. Today, 21 May 2026, the box arrived back at my doorstep. Damaged. Tampered. Short by one unit. Video evidence of the unboxing is preserved and timestamped. A sealed B2B box, on a 12 km same-city lane, took 51 days to come back. And when it did, inventory had been physically removed from inside. That is the level of operational excellence we are working with here. Now, here is the part I genuinely cannot stop laughing at. Throughout this entire period, Shiprocket's international team has been calling me. Weekly. To onboard us for international shipping. International. Across continents. Customs clearance. Multi-leg routing. Last-mile in foreign geographies. The same operational team that lost inventory from a sealed box on a 12 km lane wants to handle my exports. The same team that could not book a single Blinkit appointment in 30 days wants to manage my customs clearance. The same team whose phone has never connected wants to be my international logistics partner. The same team whose dashboard ticketing system is a graveyard wants to be the backbone of my brand's global expansion. The same team whose "we have escalated internally" reply takes a week to arrive wants to coordinate with overseas hubs across timezones. You cannot make this up. Shiprocket is not a logistics company anymore. It is a marketing company with a logistics page on the website. LinkedIn feed: bootcamps, founder thought leadership, "empowering MSMEs," "scaling Bharat," "AI-powered" everything. Actual ground operation: cannot move a sealed box across the same city without losing what is inside it. The disconnect between the highlight reel and the ground reality is the entire story. A note to Shiprocket leadership, on record: Before your international team makes its next pitch call to a real Indian seller this week, fix the part where your platform cannot deliver a B2B box intra-city in the TAT your own system quotes. Fix the part where you charge appointment fees for appointments that are never actually booked. Fix the part where a sealed consignment comes back broken open and short, and your operations chain has no answer. Fix the basics. Then come pitch the world. A tip for fellow sellers reading this: Next time Shiprocket's international team pitches you on cross-border shipping, ask them one question, on record: "What is your average TAT compliance for intra-city B2B same-state deliveries?" Watch what they say. Or more accurately, watch what they will not say. Agro Mantra has already moved its May 2026 shipments away from Shiprocket. We do not return until this is resolved on its merits. If you have had a comparable experience with their B2B Cargo service, quote this post or drop your story in the replies. The seller community benefits when this kind of operational reality sits in the open instead of being buried inside private email trails. #Shiprocket
