‼️Houston attorney Steven Tyler Swain is now wanted on a felony bestiality charge in Harris County after prosecutors say video evidence showed repeated sexual contact involving the family dog. According to court records filed in the 183rd District Court with Judge Lance Long, investigators were contacted by the Houston SPCA after a woman reported discovering disturbing surveillance footage recorded inside the family home near Providence Park in Houston. The probable cause affidavit alleges the video showed Swain lying in bed exposing himself while repeatedly calling the small black dog, “Shipley,” over to him. The details that followed are genuinely sickening. Court records state Swain’s wife told investigators she began reviewing home security footage after learning her husband had allegedly been bringing sex workers into the home. She states she had the cameras installed recently because the home was under renovation and they had contractors working in the home. She discovered the video while reviewing the footage. Authorities say she positively identified both Swain and the dog in the video. She then left him and took the dog with her and does not know his current location. She states she believes this may have happened more than once. Records show Swain is a practicing Houston attorney. A warrant has now been issued for his arrest on the felony charge. Sometimes the most disturbing cases are the ones hiding behind professional titles and closed doors. Turn yourself in and get help. Excuse me while I go throw up. 🤢

Today the Trump DOJ has announced an investigation of Fairfax County commonwealth attorney Steve Descano over his handling of criminal cases. Specifically, they are investigating whether he has given illegal immigrants preferential treatment by refusing to prosecute them for crimes. Some reminders about Descano's track record: -He allowed illegal immigrant Abdul Jalloh to repeatedly go free without charges even though he had a habit of stabbing random people. Police sent no fewer than three letters to Descano's office begging them to stop releasing Jalloh, and were ignored. In February, Jalloh allegedly stabbed a stranger to death at a bus stop. -Descano let two illegal immigrants take a guilty plea for a 2024 murder that means they will spend just 5 total years in prison. -Descano allowed Joshua Danehower to be found not guilty by reason of insanity, without a trial, for the murder of Gret Glyer. Danehower meticulously planned the murder and even had an escape plan, facts that are completely incompatible with an insanity finding, but Descano let Danehower escape punishment anyway. Now, Glyer's family has to spend their entire lives worrying Danehower will be released. -Overall, Descano has let more than 20% of murder suspects open negotiations for a NGRI (not guilty by reason of insanity) finding. -Descano repeatedly negotiates plea deals with defendants, then lies that victims support the deals when they actually do not. The IG has the authority to hold the Federal Reserve accountable to American taxpayers. I expect a comprehensive report in short order and am confident the outcome will assist in resolving, once and for all, the questions that led this office to issue subpoenas.
