H. Pylori infection. I felt a piercing pain in my heart My heart was beating faster and stronger and I could hear that in my sleep My flank sides ached and I thought I had kidney failure. I usually experienced early morning headaches, dizziness, back pains, neck pains that runs through my jaws and arms. I lost appetite and sometimes vomits or nauseated. Immediately u experience quickly pour cold water on the affected spot and put salt in it.. it works i have don it multiple times. Also if u mistakenly put pepper in ur eye Lick salt it will stop peppering u Immediately
