How Did Giribala Singh Ever Become a Judge? The Twisha Sharma case is not just tragic. It is deeply disturbing. And for many Indians watching this unfold, it has become a frightening reflection of how broken parts of our system may actually be. The investigation will eventually determine whether Twisha’s death was murder or suicide. That process must be allowed to unfold fairly. But there is one thing the public interviews have already made impossible to ignore. The chilling demeanor of the mother in law, Giribala Singh. The coldness. The lack of empathy. The arrogance. The almost complete emotional detachment while speaking about a young woman who lost her life. It sent shivers across the country. But the most terrifying part is this. Giribala Singh was not just another domineering relative. She was a District Court Judge. Pause and think about what that means. A person perceived by millions as deeply controlling, emotionally indifferent, and morally questionable was entrusted with deciding the fate of countless citizens. She sat in judgment over marriages, property disputes, criminal matters, human suffering, and the future of ordinary people. And that raises some serious questions. How are judges selected in this country? Are legal qualifications enough for a position that demands wisdom, empathy, emotional balance, and moral integrity? Can someone who appears incapable of compassion truly deliver justice? And perhaps the most unsettling question of all. How many more such individuals exist inside the system today? How many people wearing the robe of justice may themselves be carrying toxicity, abuse, or darkness behind closed doors? This case is also a heartbreaking reminder for families across India. Reports suggest Twisha repeatedly reached out for help and informed her family about her domestic situation. If that is true, then this tragedy also exposes another painful reality of Indian society. Families often ask daughters to “adjust,” “manage,” or “wait a little longer,” even when the warning signs are screaming for intervention. Sometimes, saving a daughter is more important than saving a marriage. Perhaps if stronger action had been taken earlier, Twisha Sharma would still be alive today. My deepest condolences to her family. But justice for Twisha alone is not enough anymore. This country also needs a serious re examination of who we allow to sit on the bench and decide the lives of others. Because justice without humanity is not justice at all

Big Change : For the first time since the state was renamed as Tamil Nadu, a Brahmin leader has been appointed as the Minister for the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR&CE) Department. Ramesh, who was elected from the Srirangam constituency, will oversee the administration of nearly 42,000 temples across Tamil Nadu.

When Lal Bahadur Shastri passed away, India lost a Prime Minister. 🇮🇳💔 But the real shock came later… when people discovered what he had actually left behind. Not wealth. Not bungalows. Not secret fortunes. Instead, they found: 👉 A bank loan 👉 A few simple clothes 👉 Some old books 👉 And rent receipts A man who led an entire nation… left behind debt for his own family. When Shastri Ji decided to buy a small Fiat car, he didn’t misuse power or privilege. The car cost ₹12,000, but he only had ₹7,000. So the Prime Minister of India took a ₹5,000 loan from Punjab National Bank. And what touches the heart even more… When he passed away in 1966, that loan was still unpaid. No businessman came forward. No political influence erased it. His wife quietly repaid the remaining amount through her pension. Just pause for a moment and think about that. 💔 Today, when politics is often associated with wealth and power, Lal Bahadur Shastri’s life feels almost unbelievable. He didn’t leave crores for his children. He left values. He didn’t leave luxury. He left honesty. He proved that true greatness is not measured by what a leader owns… but by how honestly he lives. “Simplicity was his ornament. Honesty was his identity.” Some leaders rule governments. Rare leaders rule hearts forever. And that is why India still remembers him with pride: “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan.” 🇮🇳🙏 #LalBahadurShastri #JaiJawanJaiKisan #IndianHistory #RealHero #SimpleLivingHighThinking #IndiaProud 🇮🇳

1. Please learn Sanskrit. Just basic grammar and enough to read Rishi-grade texts with Anvaya (individual words and meanings in Hindi). 2. You can enroll in my Veda Sanskrit Masterclass that contains hours of practice lessons and foundations. There is no fixed fees. Whatever you pay helps us fight unlawful conversions and reclaim Vedic Dharma. Check my handle to know about kind of works I am referring to. Check @AgniSamaj 3. For those who know Hindi, here are some good Darshan commentaries. I recommend these because they do not teach escapism, and instead push for being warrior in real world. Since it is Darshan, you need to just have feel and see for yourself. You are not supposed to get literal. Saankhya says - only take essence. 4. A. Saankhya Darshan a. By Swami Darshananand - I guess it is a 100 year old small book, translated from Urdu (yes, he worked actively then on Shuddhi of Muslims back to Vedic Dharma). This has an FAQ style. Freely available on archive org site. b. by Satish Arya (published last year). This is amazing. I just completed it. It integrates Saankhya Darshan, Yoga Sutra and references from Vedas, Upanishads and many other Rishi-grade texts. Gives word by word meaning, is lucid, takes a stand against escapist interpretations vehemently, and successfully proves it. You must have a copy. (Parimal Prakashan) c. by Acharya Anand Prakash. This is also beautiful. Published some 5 years ago, I guess. Almost as good as Satish Arya version. Has some unique interpretations, but well justified. The writer runs a gurukul in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana, and you know you are reading an expert, from start. Note: I have my own unique interpretations that subtly differ from all of them, nonetheless, I recommend them as they will sharpen your mind, Sanskrit and enhance Sattva. B. Nyaya Darshan a. Swami Darshananand Again a concise brilliant book. The best of all I read that simplifies this complex subject than complicate. Freely available on archive org site. b. Acharya Anand Prakash Recently published. Again a good book but this is a bit tough read. I also recommend Vaisheshik Darshan by same author (this includes Prashastipada of Vaisheshik also) I have my own take on Nyaya due to my own background in science and research. But these are good books for perspective, and how to extend scientific analysis on Aatmaa and Eeshwar. The above two are brutal Darshans because they blatantly reject all forms of faith-based systems as Avidya. Even lower forms of Vairagya and Sattva are rejected as Avidya. Nothing except singular Viveka of pursuing Eeshwar through right actions and dhyana is accommodated. C. Yoga Darshan a. I recommend joining my Samrat Yoga Masterclass at @AgniSamaj which gives foundations of Sanskrit and actual meaning of Yoga Sutra and Vyasa commentary for major sutras. It also has a lot of pdfs to download for additional support b. In above downloads, you will get one commentary by Swami Vigyanashram which is perhaps 100 years old. That is very good. It includes Yoga Sutra, Vyasa commentary and Raja Bhoja commentary in Sanskrit and Hindi. c. Most other commentaries are studied are either very complex for today or passive or misleading. Yoga Sutra and Vyasa Bhashya are extremely obsessed with logic and very uncompromising. Most modern commentaries don't hold to these.
Sanjeev Newar | सञ्जीव नेवर@SanjeevSanskrit

The 3 most powerful Darshans for today's Hindu are 1. Nyaya Darshan - gives a solid framework on how to think 2. Saankhya Darshan - makes you fearless by proving why you are immortal and why Tapasya with warrior spirit is unavoidable. 3. Yoga Darshan - explains how to do Tapasya and what mental attitude you must carry. Most commentaries on these are very academic and passive. When you read original in Sanskrit and derive the map of life, these form toolkit of warrior- par-excellence. These and Veda Samhitas have been life changing for me.

Dear Hindus in Tamil Nadu - your political leaders are confusing you on what Sanatana Dharma is. I will give a simple formula. Ask your friend who is from another religion if he/she proudly follows some of your customs. If they don't then usually that's Sanatana Dharma. Some culture, tradition and heritage things like.... Kolam/Rangoli in front of homes, Kumkuma or bindi, Vibuthi on forehead, Turmeric or Haldi on cheeks, Temple thread on hand, Reverence to cows, Lighting evening lamp - Amman Vilakku, Offering Pongal to Devi, Yatras like Sabarimala or Om Shakthi, Avoiding non veg on days like Amavasya, Oil bath and Pataki on Deepawali, Puja on Chithirai or new year. Aarti for baby shower / Valaikappu, Mangalsutra in marriage, Vetrivel Muruganukku Haro Hara processions, Tiruvannamalai Girivalam, Puberty celebration of girls, Bharatanatyam for Amman, Abhishekams at home, Elephant processions at temples, Offering Thamboolam.. Hundreds and hundreds more.. A majority of these are followed only by Hindus or Sanatana Dharma followers. Leave out the exceptions. Hope this helps 🙏

First they came with notices. Now arrests have started. After The Skin Doctor, many fear that Anuradha Tiwari could be next for simply speaking on uncomfortable issues. A democracy becomes dangerous when citizens begin to self-censor out of fear of selective action. Today one voice is targeted. Tomorrow thousands may stay silent voluntarily. If you believe in free speech, due process, and equal standards for everyone, this is the time to speak up peacefully and lawfully.

India can never dream even if there is money and resources as most of the countries plan for 50 years in advance whereas india is for yesterday's demand of at least 10 years with zero planning and on the top it with corruption, quality and open space issues.

This is Sweety Ranjan, an Indian living in America. In a recent video, she shared how peaceful life in America feels. Every house has open space around it from all four sides. People maintain their own lawns, plant trees, keep swings for kids. Even parks and forests nearby are kept extremely clean. Dustbins are placed inside forest walking areas. Neighbourhoods are designed with schools, bus stops, parks, drainage systems, parking, and highways all properly planned. The roads inside residential areas have speed limits and trucks are not allowed there to keep the area quiet and safe. Nature and people live together. Deer freely move around forest areas near homes and nobody harms them. There are mainly three types of homes in America, apartments, townhouses, and independent houses. People choose depending on their budget and lifestyle preferences. Every home comes with proper parking space. Emergency services quickly respond, schools usually keep smaller class sizes, and basic facilities like roads, water, electricity, and gas connections are available almost everywhere. The cleanliness, safety, greenery, and proper systems make daily life very comfortable in many parts of America.

Saw the clip where a MLA of TVK, Mustafa mentioning Sanathana Dharma needs to be abolished. I don't know whether Mustafa understands what Sanathana Dharma even means. It was an extremely loose comment. Courts in India have clearly clarified Sanathana Dharma is nothing but Hinduism. No one can eradicate Hinduism. Saying so is morally, ethically and legally wrong. If politicians in Tamil Nadu wants to mean eradication of casteism, it is better to say so. Using the term Sanathana for casteism is inappropriate. Whether politicians would have courage to talk the same way about any other religion?
