@Laura_Meadows1 @VirginAtlantic There are some real bargains now though. Flights with the lowest saver points are insanely cheap.
Much better than the BA system where reward seats are just shown as not available and it’s impossible to use your avois.

Crikey, anyone else feeling totally mugged off about the lack of communication from @VirginAtlantic new point system? With over 500k miles in my account I wish I’d known how devalued they would be overnight so I could have booked before. Gutted 😢

@northernassist instead of prosecuting your customers for tiny sums of money over restrictions that are not obvious why don’t you print them on your e-tickets
Eg. Any time ticket (not valid before 10am with railcard)
You should be banned from prosecutions until you do this

@SouthernRailUK given Thameslink have no Brighton trains today why didn’t you employ some joined up planning and run 12 car trains from Victoria to Brighton. You have so many spare carriages not being used on Sundays!!

@sainsburys please can you do something about the huge number of empty shelves at Brighton New England street. Can’t even buy milk this week on two separate visits. Every visit is a disappointment!

@wagamama_uk fed up of you no longer prioritising your dine-in customers over Deliveroo. At Brighton now the kitchen is often so overrun within deliveries, leading to half the table finishing their meal whilst others haven’t received anything. Free desserts don’t fix the issue!

@British_Airways it took 35 minutes for steps to be attached to flight BA801 today after arrival on a remote stand. Why do you continue to allow your dreadful LHR ground operations to completely ruin what would otherwise have been a perfect flight?

@HeathrowAirport thousands of people went home without their luggage yesterday thanks to the failure of your baggage systems in T3. You have a single phone landside for people to contact baggage enquiries. Why don't you have additional staff there today??

@MicrosoftToDo Your latest app update has completely broken the app for Mac OS users on Catalina 10.15.7. App won't open and reinstalling doesn't work. Please let your developement team know. There is no way to contact through the app when it won't even open!
