@Doc_Mac19 @TerryWhitmell Definitely a balancing act. Agree it’s an exciting area for dental education. Got my head deep in Personal blogs of daily clinical self reflection paired with clinical educators feedback/feed forward, students response to feedback and some minor grading.

@TerryWhitmell I’ve converted my preclinical periodontics to ungraded - but I do still need to use achieved, not achieved because we need to ensure safety... it seems insane to me now that a grade should be given for such a preclinic competency... way too subjective.
