Every FSA action is a standard XRPL Payment transaction sent to a fixed operator address with a 32-byte hex memo that encodes the instruction. The Flare Data Connector attests that the payment happened on XRPL, and the MasterAccountController on Flare EVM verifies it and executes the action. No EVM key. No gas. No new chain for the user. For wallets with XRPL support, the integration is straightforward: Install one npm package (smart-accounts-encoder), construct the memo, and attach it to the payment. Exchanges can rely on the same simple protocol integration, with two UX considerations: FDC attestation has a short finality delay that needs to be handled in the withdrawal flow, and internal user accounts need to be mapped to XRPL addresses. This is why Flare Smart Accounts matter. They create a smoother path for XRP holders to access yield and interact with DeFi without forcing them into a completely new user experience.
