@T_mobilitat I purchased a T-Usual e-ticket. it is registered in my iPhone - it doesn’t work - staff told me it won’t work because I have it on an iPhone. I now have bought a physical t-Usual ticket - how do I get a refund please.

@Logitech Shame on you! Stopping #harmony service with ZERO warning. I'm on #OSX version - end of service message is off the side of the screen & I can't even even program my stack of spare remotes with existing config. POOR SHOW DISAPPOINTING!!

I’ll always remember the day I spent eight hours in a virtual queue, only to find out when I finally got through that any remaining tickets were more than £300, and the site wouldn’t let me select them anyway. Good times #Oasis

#Ticketmaster #oasis not good enough! Manchester Wednesday - got to select tickets - ended up spinning wheel, then told “lost my place in the queue” - now 233K people ahead of me. How hard can it be!

@krismclean2208 @TicketmasterUK @davidgilmour Nope. I think the instructions in the email were poor - it said "simply head over to Ticketmaster". But you had to click the "Ticketmaster" link in the email for it to prompt you for the code, even though you could get into the queue directly from @tickemaster site. Sloppy.

Stood in 'virtual line' for #DavidGilmour tickets at #Ticketmasteruk. Finally got to shop and it just has a #spinning wheel. Tried the iPad App - same problem Tried Chrome with my wife's account - same problem WTF!

@nxcare Password reset doesn't work! It seems to take around 48 hours to receive the password rest link by which time it is expired. Please - how do I reset my password Automated chat is also underwhelming - might be artificial, but certainly not intelligent.
