@OlaElectric @bhash can somebody from your big big team take up the ownership and make sure my scooter is fixed and delivered? Is this how you treat your loyal customers & shareholders? @jagograhakjago reporting customer service abuse and harassment from last 3 months Please help

Hi @bhash,time to act over promise. My Ola is stuck at Konnagar(WB) svc centre 2+ months,undrivable 3+ months #09787043.OlaCare+ failed. Seeking refund of scooter, subscription & interest.Customer trust = company success.Not long people realise ur after sales service @OlaElectric

Hi @OlaElectric, my Ola S1 X has been undrivable for 3 months. It’s stuck at Konnagar (WB) service centre for 1.5 months as staff say parts are awaited. Ticket #09787043. As an Ola Care+ customer, I expected quicker resolution. Kindly release parts ASAP & resolve. Please help 🙏

Hello again @OlaElectric & @bhash. Ticket #09253951: It took 1 month just for RSA pickup, now 3+ weeks at Konnagar Service Centre(WB) Service Centre says they're 'waiting for motor parts.' Any ETA before it qualifies as vintage? Or should I start a countdown for next anniversary?

Hi @bhash,@OlaElectric I own Ola S1 X and bought Ola Care+ last month. My scooter’s been undrivable for 3+ weeks.Raised tickets #08843575 & #09143400(emergency)still no technician.Since Care+ promises aren't met, please refund amount.I’ll figure out a way to get this fixed myself
