@ESPNFANSUPPORT I’m an American living in Mexico and use the "U.S. English" edition of the ESPN app on my iPhone and am unable to play any of the videos in the app. The messages say “Unable to play video. This content is not available for your package or region.” Please advise.

@YouTube I have a Premium account which doesn’t work… I can’t play any videos on my Sony Bravia tv. I chatted with your customer support and they just gave up and told me to give “feedback” which won’t be followed-up on as it doesn’t ask for contact details. Please help 🙏🙏🙏

@TeamYouTube I can’t go to Stats for Nerds “when a video is playing” because no videos will play - that is the issue I have. NO VIDEOS WILL PLAY ON MY TV. I pay for the premium service. Once again, are you willing to help solve this issue by giving me the email address of your engineers?

@TeamYouTube So, you’re just telling me the exact same thing as your minimum wage customer service rep - that you will not commit to fixing the issue that my PAID subscription doesn’t work. So should I keep paying for a service that doesn’t work? Or should I cancel my subscription?
