The women who need escape funds probably have husbands who control the finances, which can be abuse in itself. Otherwise she'd have access to money to get away without needed a secret account

Suggesting mandatory paternity testing of all babies is crazy, most of the tests would come back confirming they are the father anyway. Just do it when there's reasonable doubt, which isn't every pregnancy
