I can reveal that the original Bernie the Bolt is alive and well. His name is Jeffrey and he worked on The Golden Shot in the late 1960s & early 1970s. When the show ended he suffered a nervous breakdown after being unable to find work loading crossbows. He retreated to the Orkney Islands where he became a successful shepherd. His last public outing was at Bob Monkhouse’s funeral where he revealed himself to mourners but nobody believed him and he was ejected. Jeffrey, an incredible 115, now lives in an Essex care home where residents are unaware of his past glories.

He wasn't here long but I'm gutted how it ended for Massimo Luongo. That injury ruined a beast in the making for Millwall. Not bothered about the other 3 departures tbh

I own a small bakery, and last year a woman ordered a custom cake that said,
“Congratulations on Your Promotion.”
She sounded so excited placing the order too. You could tell she truly believed all her hard work had finally paid off.
Then the next morning she called me back sounding completely different.
Looking all quiet and maybe defeated.
She asked if she could cancel the cake because the promotion had been given to someone else.
I told her gently that the cake had already been made.
She laughed softly and said, “I know. That’s my fault.”

@Onside_Scouting We desperately need someone who can deliver a dead ball. So many of our corners and attacking free kicks are delivered high with no pace on them. We should be doing better from set pieces.
However, a super and enjoyable season!

I’ve been busy compiling a list of targets especially line splitting midfielders , this is an area Millwall have struggled with for a while - unlocking defences is a key issue .
Other areas are also covered, I will be submitting this to the club when finished .
Anything I can do to help the club I’ll do .
