Another story from someone who used to see Sion back in his school days and apparently the story that he got casted through dms had already spread everywhere and was pretty well known too 😸
Op went to an academy right in front of Mokpo Mariahoe High School, and since the school ends time overlaps with before their classes started/after night study ended, op said they'd sometimes walk over just to catch a glimpse of Sion for a sec (he's super popular)
and when Sion was still at Aehyang Middle School too, op lived really close by so they had a lot of mutual friends. Op also said his visuals were absolutely insane ~
He was an oppa who was super friendly to his friends too..
Even though he wasn’t a celebrity back then, whenever their eyes met, op would scream like crazy TT and because the story about him getting cast through DMs spreads everywhere, whenever he walked by and other kids went like "oooh~" Sion would just laugh along with them too.
Op’s dad also graduated from Mariahoe High School, and his 12th grade homeroom teacher is actually the current principal now! He said Sion was insanely handsome.
Right now there’s a Mega Coffee right in front of Mariahoe, and even though op isn’t a fan of NCT or Sion, as a fellow fangirl and Mokpo native, seeing huge photos of WISH and Sion up there makes her feel really proud.
She’s also going to watch the ceremonial first pitch tomorrow!

"Jujur, seneng banget dapet insight soal masa sekolah Sion dari kenalan! 😭✨
💬 Jadi, ada temen kenalanku yang punya adik seumuran sama sion. karna mereka tau aku fans berat sion, mereka sempet nanyain gimana sion pas sekolah dulu.
ternyata adiknya ini sekolah di SMA perempuan deket sekolahnya sion. katanya, sering banget papasan sama Sion dan emang dari dulu udah ganteng banget!!🤭🤭 tapi yang bikin kaget, ternyata pas zaman sekolah tuh sion anaknya tipe yang playful dan aktif banget, beda banget sama image-nya yang sekarang kita liat. katanya dia juga populer banget, anak-anak sekolah lain aja sampe pada tau dia! 🫠 (hmm segacor itu ya si asep ini)
terrus, ada lagi cerita dari temen yang sekarang masih sekolah di sana. ternyata sekolahnya sion itu guru-gurunya jarang pindah, jadi banyak guru yang masih ngajar dari zaman dia sekolah dulu. pas ditanya, guru-gurunya bilang kalau dulu sion itu nggak cuma ganteng, tapi lebih ke arah pretty dan gemesin gitu mukanya! hahaha😭😍 saking gemesnya, guru-gurunya sering bercanda bilang, 'Nanti gede jadi artis aja ya!', eh beneran jadi artis dong sekarang! Guru-gurunya sampe syok banget pas tau dia beneran debut! 🥺🤏
