Google is changing the search landscape entirely and most brands are operating as if this is true: When you type: "Best restaurants in NYC" And I type: "Best restaurants in NYC" The SERPs are the same... NOPE. Not anymore. Location. Browsing history. Memory. Preferences. Email Comms. Recent purchases. Google reviews. All of it will come into play. The way we thought about SEO for years is over. It might not be completely different yet. But search in 2030 will look nothing like search in 2020.
