प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने पीएमएलए, 2002 के अंतर्गत रिलायंस होम फ़ाइनेंस लिमिटेड/रिलायंस कमर्शियल फ़ाइनेंस लिमिटेड/यस बैंक धोखाधड़ी प्रकरण में रिलायंस अनिल अंबानी समूह की 1,120 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की 18 से अधिक संपत्तियाँ, सावधि जमा, बैंक शेषराशि तथा कोट नहीं किए गए विनिधान में शेयरधारण को अनंतिम रूप से कुर्क किया है। अनंतिम रूप से कुर्क संपत्तियों में रिलायंस इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड की 7 संपत्तियाँ, रिलायंस पावर लिमिटेड की 2 संपत्तियाँ, रिलायंस वैल्यू सर्विस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड की 9 संपत्तियाँ, तथा रिलायंस वैल्यू सर्विस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, रिलायंस वेंचर एसेट मैनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, एम/एस फ़ी मैनेजमेंट सॉल्यूशंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, एम/एस आधार प्रॉपर्टी कंसल्टेंसी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, एम/एस गेमसा इन्वेस्टमेंट मैनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के नाम पर सावधि जमा शामिल हैं, और साथ ही कोट नहीं किए गए विनिधान में रिलायंस वेंचर एसेट मैनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड तथा एम/एस फ़ी मैनेजमेंट सॉल्यूशंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा किए गए आगे के निवेश भी सम्मिलित हैं। अब तक इस प्रकरण में कुल कुर्क संपत्तियों का मूल्य 10,117 करोड़ रुपये हो गया है।

ED, Chandigarh Zonal Office has arrested Mahesh Chandrashekhar Shetye, owner of M/s Certiszep Innovations (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., a fake call center situated at 2nd Floor, Plot No. 7, Sector-22, IT Park, Panchkula on 29.11.2025, under PMLA, 2002, for his alleged involvement in the offence of money laundering arising from the operation of fake technical-support call centres and the generation and laundering of Proceeds of Crime (POC) through hawala channels. The Hon’ble Special Court, Panchkula, has granted ED Custody of Mahesh Chandrashekhar Shetye for a period of 7 days (till 06.12.2025) for further investigation.
