@colinmufc2 unless you are a steroid junkie, noone moves with their arms out wide enough to fit a ball between the arm and the body. When you are running your arms go backwards and forwards. When you lean you have to force your arm out it isn't natural with the movement, just try it.

This might not sit right with you, but here’s my honest take on Bryan Mbeumo’s handball incident against Nottingham Forest. Everyone calling Michael Salisbury’s decision an "absolute shocker" or a robbery needs to actually look at the rulebook. The outrage is completely forced. The law on this is black and white. Because Mbeumo didn't score the goal himself, he just controlled Diogo Dalot's cross before it fell to Matheus Cunha, the handball had to be completely deliberate or his arm had to be in an unnaturally bigger position. The ball deflected off his hip onto his arm at point-blank range while his arm was close to his body. It was completely accidental. Salisbury going to the monitor, ignoring the VAR's pressure, and sticking to his on-field call was a massive win for common sense. We see these goals chalked off far too often for accidental, natural contact, so seeing a referee stand his ground and apply the actual rules correctly is exactly what the game needs. Do you think Salisbury deserves credit for having the guts to stick with his original call, or do you still think any contact with the hand in a buildup should be disallowed? 😎🤌

@supercooper7429 Who was the sub? A booking doesnt usually mean time added and it was over 98 mins when the celebrations were going on. You don't have a case.

@thewhills3127 @lisboninthesun the fourth officials job is to indicate the minimum time and any subsequent time to be added on as a result within that time in consultation with the ref, the linesman is irrelevant in this scenario.

In roughly 4 and a half hours, it'll be 48 hrs/2 full days from the end of the Celtic Hearts game. In that time I have seen numerous accusations of Hearts players being assaulted by Celtic fans by numerous people from all sorts of backgrounds. NOT ONE single image or video though
