Never in history an unskilled job got you a fancy free T-shirt. That’s the issue. Startups have made unskilled jobs cool & somewhat prestigious with marketing wrappers & HR policies. A bit sad to not see this guy working in a factory assembling cars or iPhones or semiconductors.

Kids are inexpensive. Diapers are not that much. They eat so little. Vaccines are either free or low-cost. The real expense starts when they turn two and now you have to book an entire seat for them on a flight.

@chiragbarjatya Most of the comments I m reading on this post are blaming govt but no body is talking about lost civic sense. Throw garbage any where and this problem has amplified with takeaway food counters/stalls on every street corner.

So apparently a city can make wide roads, with wide footpaths, keep it clean, with no obstructions and with trees. My mind is not ready to accept. You can just simply walk here, with strollers or take wheelchair. Wow

Those who don’t know, we have an airport in Sindhu Durg. Then take cab to Ganpatipule. You will find cleanest beaches and thousands of mango farms. You will surprised to see so many mangoes around. Please do visit once this summer. And don’t forget to eat malvani thali.

When on October 5th, 2018 that illegal hoarding fell in Pune causing 3 fatalities, for many months I drove, anxious about what if it falls over me? I always park my car at a distance from such hoardings. But eventually I forgot about the incident. I don’t even remember if someone got punished or not. No names came out. No idea if someone was even jailed or fined. This weekend, I was in Mumbai and while driving below the metro construction I did tell my wife what if something falls on our car? Had the same conversation when I was with my friend in the Baner area when we drove beneath the metro construction. But since yesterday, the same anxiety has erupted again while in the car. My car is five-star rated with ADAS Level 2. But what if something falls on it? What if this happens when my kid and family are with me? What if I blame myself for delaying my plans to shift to a better place for my entire lifetime? There are so many “what ifs” all of a sudden. I know some believers will comment on this post and say “it is all about luck” or “jo likha hoga wo hoga” but that’s just cope that is destroying every hope I have with this country, slowly and eventually. I don’t know how to deal with this anxiety of being on a warzone like roads anymore. How are you dealing with it?
