@suven2 @Decathlon_India Stay Away from @Decathlon_India as they have ill practice of telling people that their return policy is good while they train their courier partners to cancel the returns after pick up and then tell false claim and never return money. @timesofindia @ndtv @lallantop help needed!

@Decathlon_India I complained on 22nd Dec 2022,today is 5 Jan 2023.It's nearly 15 days bt my problem has not resolved.Neither my incomplete delivered product was picked up nor refund initiated.This is 6th tweet & ur assuring since 13 days tht it will be solved.

@Decathlon_India May i plz know what is the TAT to resolve the consumer issues at your end. Do I need to file RTI or complain at National Consumer Forum to solve my issue, if ur unable to provide redressal with the shortest possible time.
