All my lifts are very very strict in form I prioritize my form over weight and i lift to get stronger but the main focus is aesthetics and health benefits + love for the game

Day 13: Chest & Triceps Today was the first day I felt really good lifting, genuinely felt like I gained a lot of strength since last chest day wasnt able to tricep dips since there was a dude on it this morning (like 6 people in gym total just my luck)

some would ask what am I training for? overall it’s mostly for the aesthetic + quality of life of being strong and having more energy and a better mental it is definitely tough to get into the rhythm but once you do the perks are too good also im trying to be a fireman🔥🧑🏼‍🚒

Day 12: Biceps & Shoulders Honestly this lift felt super great compared to last week even though I only got an hour of sleep😵‍💫 Im just happy I went and I still do more than last time

@swtrFIT @skitzturtle Don’t worry I visited few gyms in my area and even the biggest one didn’t had this Maschine 💀 ur paying up to 40-50Eur for the membership

Day 11: Back Day Great back to be honest, my highest volume day so far I can start pushing deadlift a bit more and want to see results from pull ups since I never really committed to them before I’ll eventually start adding forearms

Day 10: Leg day Overall good push added some Bulgarian split squats just to do more than last time, overall building a good foundation for next leg day it’s always so hard for me to flex my legs during leg day Its been hard to fit in abs so I tried to atleast get a little in

Day 5: Leg day I kept it very basic, I got really hard push on my compound movement (squats) and I was more or less finishing my legs off with the machines not nearly the volume I usually push but a good foundation😇

Week 2: Made sure to weigh myself first thing this morning (5am) This is a perfect example of how weight varies throughout the day Im burning fat and building muscle so this is as expected for the first month atleast

Body weight: I keep forgetting to take a picture of my starting weight, before I started going to the gym i was no heavier than 151 I think it was 151.8 beginning of the week Im going to try and log weekly weight as well and I might even start logging my macros but we will see

I’ve always been super active my whole life Through school i played just about all sports, soccer, baseball, football, basketball, track and cross country with running in particular being my strong area i beat my school records for the mile in middle school and high school

Day 9: Bicep and shoulders Overall really good lift starting to find a good foundation but always pushing my self harder than last time💪🏻 Im going to have to earlier wake up earlier or find a way to do abs later since I don’t think I’ll ever have time in the morning 😔
