#MARK320 As a health worker, I've worked in the areas around nutrition encouraging people on adequate consumption of fruits and vegetables 😞 for myself it seems challenging trying to adapt to that behavior. Being educated and having knowledge is quite different from practicing.

The minimum recommended number of fruits and vegetables serve per day is 5 vegetables (beans & legumes) and 2 fruits. However, I'm struggling to avoid the tendency to eat more.🙄🙄🙄#MARK320

The behaviour change i’ve decided to go with for #MARK320 is quitting smoking. Pretty easy decision given i've wanted to stop for a while, but we'll see how it goes.
