In fact Hax made several public ban appeals for months without issue, even in video form, but only after Hax restated allegations and doxxed was he rebanned.

No, this account is not someone’s alt account at all. Yes, the terms of his unban stated also that he would never hold any TO position at Nightclub again. He was unbanned in NYC throughout 2023 and attended every week since mid-January. In early 2024 he had already been invited to 2 regional tournaments, one in the Poconos and one in Colorado. He was excited to go and wanted to try to persuade the TOs of Genesis to let him attend as well. He made a short appeal video stating his case again and contesting the length of his ban. Because he spoke out about his ban he was permabanned by the NYC TO’s. He tried to contest this further ban by speaking directly to the Genesis TOs, who it’s well known, hold sway over the lesser TOs but this did not help. Until he passed away he continued to try to reach out to the NYC TOs and the Genesis TOs, Kevin Dehr, Ohan, to no avail and was mostly ghosted. As you can plainly see, these TOs remain quiet regarding the matter.
