Breaking my indefinite and inconsistent twitter hiatus to share a random ass thought I had one day: Why didn't Hasbro use the Ultra Magnus mold in Siege to make an updated and reimagined RiD01 Prime? It would have been better than Galaxy Convoy IMO.

Hey guys did we know about this? Did Hasbro tell us about this? Did I just not know it because I'm not online much anymore and am out of the loop on recent releases? Or did I just discover a secret? I hope it's the last one. That would be cool.

I don't think that's an unpopular opinion. THIS is an unpopular opinion (and I'm sorry but it has to be said): The character designs for Animated are ugly as sin.

I also think things have finally settled down enough in my life that I can actually take the time to get back into this hobby. I have a great job, I have great friends, I might even have a partner soon. So maybe next weekend I'll bust the old dslr out and see if I still got it.

I wanna get back into robot content creation. Maybe not videos because I don't really have the space for it. But photography and podcasting. And I'm thinking of rebranding since I've gotten heavily into gundams and gunpla this year.

Maybe it's because I'm finally being treated for the ADHD I didn't know I had been loving with for the last 35 years. Maybe it's because I miss my online community. Maybe it's because i finally have a stable work schedule that allows for it. Either way I think I'm ready to return

@WildwheelsHat That would be even worse IMO, lol. The combiner wars/PotP hands don't even look like hands to me.

@tf_starfire That's the one thing on Menasor that bugged me. loved how it all came together but them solid block hands felt a bit silly at that scale. They could have at least repurposed the Combiner Wars hands or something.

I'm really glad I saw the video Hasbro put out showcasing the AoP wave 1 figures. Because I was all in for Superion anyway, but I still had my concerns about his looks. Turns out a lot of those concerns were due to mistransformations and the 3D renders just looking weird.
