I was banned on FFXIV for Aggressive comments and behavior against others during twitch streams. I was not aware the ToS applied to outside of game as long as ANY FFXIV copyright content was visible. I was not given any details about the ban other than that. More details later.

It means streaming may be self-snitching, not that streaming extends the ToS to off-platform behaviour.

@XenosysVex Genuinely think you should contact support via their online chat and appeal or talk to them there. This is probably some mass report campaign, there's plenty of proof you're being targeted tbh. The commentary about this ban on hell holes like Bluesky make it clear.
