@alyssamccorq i’m actually shocked at how much it’s motivated me to exercise! although i’m not sure if that’ll wear off when the novelty of it is gone 😂
now that i’ve bought an apple watch, i’m feeling more motivated to exercise - weird how closing these rings is more of an incentive than any health benefits! let’s hope this continues 😂 #mark320
@theStumbling Same here! I was going well for a while but then last week I was smashed with assessments so I only get one session in! If I exercise today though then I’ll be back on track for this week. You can do it! 💪

lying in bed listening to the wind, and there’s absolutely no way i’m going outside to exercise tomorrow. so i’m starting to think that an indoor workout might be the way to go until this weather cheers up 🌪🌬🤸🏽♀️ #mark320
today i went on my first walk! i did three laps of my block which is just over 2km, and since my block is a semi circle i decided to jog the straight edge of it. by the end of it my knee felt pretty sketchy but i’m feeling good now that i’ve started! 🏃🏽♀️🤞🏼 #mark320
@theStumbling I can relate after doing my ACL many years ago when playing soccer. Take it easy though re-introducing activities and ask a physio for good ways of warming up! It may help with boosting your confidence.
since i injured my knee earlier this year, i’ve been really hesitant to do anything that might make it worse. so for my behaviour change, i’m going to challenge myself to start exercising regularly again, and try to get over that fear of injury #mark320
@theStumbling Yes definitely! I'll be cheering for you 👏 And I'm gonna struggle with motivation too, especially when its cold and I just want to stay in a blanket all day 😂
